Your Most Valuable Online Asset: An Optimized Google Business Profile

Loan Officers, You've been lied to...

  • Your Experience.com reviews are worthless

  • Your website does nothing to actually get you business

  • Not getting Google Reviews from every borrower (and lead) is costing you tens of thousands of dollars every year

These are real inbound calls from the past 12 months. Zero ad spend.

An Optimized Google Business Profile Will:

  • Get you free, high-intent purchase and refi leads calling you weekly

  • Convert leads / rate shoppers that look you up online that are on the fence

  • Make you look like a stud to your Referral Partners (and if you get good enough, you can coach them on this)

I'm Steve Calabrese

I started closing loans at 19 years old. And it became clear pretty fast that most LOs out there basically don't work on their business. They only work in it.

I was a broke college kid who got my NMLS because my dad was an LO.

I figured that if my dad could close as many loans as he closes (and he closes a lot of loans) that I could probably figure out this internet and social media thing and learn to close more. So I did. And I noticed something pretty fast.

Most good loan officers work really hard. They work so hard for so long, that their entire point of their life becomes working hard.

Not smart. Not efficient. Not systemized. Not where they go in line, but they work just to work.

They answer every call themselves. They jot leads in notebooks they throw away rather than a CRM. They work their ass off getting a lead and then don't call them back and they closed with another LO. They do everything manually the most time-consuming and difficult way imaginable and wonder why they're exhausted.

And they do It for 20 or 30 years till the job literally kills them.

20 or 30 years of the same chaotic year on repeat. No real business built. No residual income to retire to. Just a job with a ton of stress.

Being the hard worker that I am, I almost went down that same road. But very early on, I caught myself and I opted out.

When I was 22 years old, I hired my first coach and my journey began. I became obsessed with systems, delegating and leadership. I learned one simple truth that changed everything for me. Systems equal freedom.

When you treat your mortgage business like an actual business, everything changes. You close more loans. You work fewer hours. You make more money. You actually have a life. And you actually enjoy originating.

That's why I've spent the last nine years of my life in this industry building this.

LO University is a community of LOs that run their business with a unified operating system.

An optimized Google Business profile is part of the puzzle in that system.

I believe that mortgage the best industry out there for people that want to make a lot of money, not work a lot, and help other people.

If you can figure it out.

I want to help you do that.
